Here are 3 interlocking gears. The largest gear has 14 teeth, the middle gear has 12 teeth, and the smallest gear has 6 teeth. The smallest gear can ONLY move in a counterclockwise direction, while the middle gear can move counter clockwise.


Q: How many turns will each gear have to make in order to turn all gears in their original starting direction??

My daughter has a baskketball back stop that has a piece of polycarbonate glued to a steel frame. the polycarbonate was broken when the glue holding it to the frane came loose and the wind broke it. Just wondering where I could find out information on this subject.I mean they have solar panels that follow the sun why not a magnifing glass type structure that could heat a boiler during the day,then release the heat at night.at least as an alternative heat source.

I have 30 dollars to spend. I am making a complicated background for a play i am working on. Wood is to heavy, must be paintable, lightweight, and 8 by 10 feet (or four 4x5 feet pieces... etc.) Corrugated pads was my first idea but that was to expensive, and I only needed 10 pieces and they are sold in bulk only. PLEASE HELP! I dont know what to do.

To be more specific,We are looking to make power out of our wood stove.Since we burn it all winter,Why not use some of the heat to make a 12 volt charge,for storing into battery's.If ther is anybody that realy knows how it's done please responed.And if you dont keep it to yourself.Need real connections to make it happen...thanks

Trying to teach child about ohms. Cannot find a simple chart online to show how many ohms are in Kilohms to Megohms, etc. Any help out there? Child is visual based and a chart or conversion table the has kilohms would help greatly.....
