Most movements are designed to move to full scale when they receive 0.3V.

Add resistors in series to use as a volt meter.

Add small resistance in parallel to use as amp meter.

Add a battery and a zeroing potentiometer in series to use as resistance meter.

An unbalanced bridge circuit would be a lot better for the ohms circuit. While the other ideas that Tim suggested will work, if you are wrong, you could destroy the coil in the meter. A simple alternative would be to just buy a small analog meter. They are easy to find, and fairly inexpensive. Radio Shack, or Lowe's are good places to find such meters.
