Hi, being a lecturer in an engineering college, my friend(B.E. - ECE) finds a problem in shifting to other jobs. His colege has a system of "three months notification period" whch means he has to submit his resignation three months before he quits or
only after serving three more months after giving his resignation letter, he will get back all his original certificates (Degree, provisional, TC, Consolidated marks, individual sem-wise mark sheets). So what is the solution? Will atleast the government jobs accept thi reason for delayed joining on getting the job.? or how to deal with this? Kindly help me.

Hi Everyone!

Here’s my dilemma:

I am making a ZipLine at my property in the country (if you don't know what a ZipLine is - search it, they're REALLY fun!).

Basically it's a cable suspended between two anchors (in this case - massive trees) with an elevation change. Then, a rider zips down the line using a pulley and a climbing harness. If you get the right height and speed, it's a real blast.

Ok, so back to my dilemma. I need something that will tension 1000' of 3/8" galvanized steel cable. A come along won't work. I have a full-size John Deere tractor as well that wouldn't pull it tight enough. I know I need some kind of winch, but I don’t know the name of the tool.

Maybe a bulldozer? I need something rather economical if you know what I mean so any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Thank you in advance!

1) When do we use fuse and fuse resistor?

2) I have a circuit where fuse is used at ac, after rectified, it uses fuse resistor. does this mean that fuse is for ac, and fuse resistor is for dc?

3) How do I determine the value of fuse resistor?

Can I know how to take the standard measurement for electricity? The reason I am asking this, i am going to standardize the method of gathering the data. Currently we have our facilities team that taking the equipment electricity consumption rate using KiloWatt meter with their identified duration. However, the reading really varies daily and machine to machine. These are the things that we need to correct and to standardize, how long should they need to gather and take the measurement? Or is there any scientific method that can be used to ensure that our measurement is relevant even though the reading of electricity consumption for equipment varies from day to day?
