I live near the river. once i went there and started to stare at the sand, i saw some thin moving in there.i scooped it up and put it in a transparent bag full of water.a little, long creature about 5mmlong and 5-10 legs 0.8mm-1.8mmlong. it came out of the sand and buried itself in it. it was sort of transparent . im sure it is a kind of shrimp or kril. it looks a bit like brine shrimp but not exactly . would it be safe to feed it 2 my pet guppy fry? theres heaps of em krill on the sand, aprox1 per 6 cmsquared. the water is'nt dirty. i ocassionally see pufferfish and small fish in it. the water is brackish to salty.
