I know that there is this method call cryopreservation to preserve cells in a very low temperature. However, I cannot find any resources online that tells me how it is being done or more importantly the stages of cryopreservation and what I must look out for. Please enlighten me.

Iodine is an essential nutrient in the human diet because it prevents goiter - a swelling of the thyroid gland. To obtain enough iodine, you can use iodized salt, which is 0.01% Nal by mass. How many kilograms of Nal should be added to 1000 kg of table salt to achieve this percentage of Nal?

Well, I'm Korean, and my parents say I have to be VERY becareful because once I loose my blood, I will never regain them back with my own heart. This really freaked me out cause... I don't want to die or anything... (BTW is this true?)

In Korea, it was very rare to get a O- blood type. (about 30 people have them in the whole Korean population - 40 million)

Both my parents are plus O type, and neither my grandparents have O- bloods nor my great grand parents... So how'd I get this O minus blood type, which is so rare for my nationality?

My eyes change colors all the time. They usually start off in the morning blue with a golden-hazel ring in the center that tends to stay there almost all the time. My eyes usually change color three to four times a day, usually keeping the golden-hazel ring in the center, excpet for a few times when they turn solid green or a grey center with a blue outline. I'm not sure why they change colors, and i've tried to do a self study, but mood and surroundings dont seem to effect it, it's just sort of random. Any thoughts?

I know only God can predict this, and different things happen to different human beings. I am just curious on what is the more dominant gene, what would be more likely for my child to look like. I am more Irish and have dirty blonde hair and blue eyes (my hair got darker but is still a light brown). My boyfriend is Italian and has dark brown hair--looks black unless in sun--and he has brown eyes. What do you think wouldbe more of the dominant gene if we had a child?
