The factors that affect enzyme activity are:pH, temperature, substrate concentration and even enzyme concentration, and inhibitors.
There a particular pH at the which the enzyme activity is maximum. This is called the pH optimum of the enzyme.A graph of pH versus enzyme activity shows a bell shape curve.
There is a temperature at which the enzyme activity is 100%. If the temperature is increased by 10 degrees Celsius then the enzyme activity becomes doubled. This is called Q10 of the enzyme. Further increase in the temperature lowers enzyme acivity and at higher temperature the activity is lowered further to become nil.
Substrate concentration is also important. At lower substrate concentration the enzyme activity is dependent on the substrate but at higher substrate concentration it becomes independent of substrate concentration.
At a very low enzyme concentration the enzymes suffer a kind of dilution and become inactivated.
There are substances that are called inhibitors. They impede enzyme or block enzyme activity.A competitive inhibitor binds the active site to block enzyme activity. A non-competitive inhibitor binds to enzyme at some other place to cause change in the three-dimensional structure of the enzyme in such a way that the configuration of the active site is changed and in this case the substrate won't fit in nicely to ensure catalysis.

Exactly those, temperature, pH, also allosterism, substrate availabliity. Also, many enzymes are turned on and off by phosphorylation (sometimes phosphorylation activates and enzyme, sometimes it deactivates an enzyme). Some enzymes are secreted as zymogens (an enzyme in an INACTIVE form), and need to be proteolytically cleaved to become activated (e.g. pepsinogen >>> pepsin)

sometimes, it has have been given to do with the load loss application you're eating. a nicely-balanced weight loss application prosperous in supplementations and fish according to hazard could advance your memory and make you greater alert on your on an regularly occurring basis activities. And for some they prepare to bear in mind, by enjoying those memory video games. those are what card counters do i think of, they prepare to count quantity enjoying cards with the intention to cheat the on line casino. maximum critically is to pay greater interest throughout the time of conversations and stuff. I easily have a chum who has undesirable memory too, a minimum of that's what i mean, the place in definitely fact he heavily isn't paying adequate interest. He might question me the main outstanding comparable question some situations one in all them is: dont you may circulate to the army? and that i advised him no no no as i m no longer below conscription. And the final time i've got been given incredibly pissed and defined to him what the F*ck is misguided with him and made particular he remembered the respond. Oh and scaling down on undesirable stuff like alcohol and changing your on an regularly occurring basis habitual little by little might help too. case in point, take a clean course on your thank you to artwork, this might prepare the brains to no longer be so consistent and predictable.

temperature, pH, inhibitors, coenzymes.

Concentration of reactants will affect rate of reaction when [R]>[E]; enzymes are saturated.
