Milk has just about every thing the body needs: proteins, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins except vitamin c, calcium and other minerals. It does not have all the vitamins and minerals to make it totally ideal. If you take banana along with milk it becomes wholesome and complete food.A new born baby survives by breast feeding for at least 90 days.By all means milk is the single item of food which is the most nutritious of all foods. With milk and fruits one live for years. If somebody can live in India, why not in other parts of the world. They are all Homo sapiens, after all.

It would not be a very healthy diet in the long term. The stomach would suffer from a wet diet, and lack of roughage. Calves are feed entirely on milk to produce veal (ugh!), so a milk diet must affect a man, too.

It does not contain all necessary nutrients, unless you are a newborn and it is human milk. You would become Iron deficient eventually. You might survive for a while, but not long. You would need to supplement folate as well.

Milk has all the minerals needed for our body. It also provides a good amount of carbohydrates. As it provides all the minerals and energyneeded by the human body, it can easily be survived on.

no. only breast milk produced by a healthy woman who had just given birth has all the nutrients needed.. normal milk does not have all nutrients needed. if you were to survive on it, i am afraid you will suffer from malnutrition or deficiency diseases?

I am a man & I think I survived on milk alone for about six months.
(It was my first six months)
As to the answer above I don't know many cows that drink milk, do you? I think water & grass is their diet. They PRODUCE milk but don't drink it. We do.
