I work as a microbiologist in a haircare and beauty factory, i am really a chemist and need to find a site and or paper to explain basically to poorly educated people what microbes are, how they spread in the work place and the consequences,i am writing a training manual on why they must sterilize their hands. i know myself but am having trouble explaining to them in a non scientific way

Will soap lyse bacteria in the same way it can cause lysis of cells without a cell wall, or does the cell wall provide some protection? Is there a difference between gram negative and gram positive cells in how they react to soap?
