black and white, dairy, features on Robert Wiseman milk cartons. Don't say "dairy cow" - I want biology! please!

The black & white dairy cow is the Holstein. see link below.

The Jersey Cow is a milk cow but it is brown. Fresians are horses and also solid black.

They are "Holsteins" I think.....Man I learned something on this question. I thought a "Fresian" was a horse but after I read some of the answers I looked it up and they are some beautiful black and white dairy cows. I think Zeggy is right.

All black and white cows are called Frisians and they produce most of the milk, except the really creamy kind which comes from Guernseys and Jersey's and is made into cream
