Some vitamin D is produced when ultraviolet rays hit the skin. But when sunscreen is applied ultraviolent rays won't reach the skin. Does that prevent vitamin D production from outer sources excluding the liver?

I posted a similar question about a week ago, and after 2 answers, Yahoo decided no more could be added. Part of the reason for asking the question is that it makes searching for information easier if there is a name for the study. "Entomology" is far too broad, and "insect pathology" is a reasonable guess, but pretty near my own guess of "insect diseases".

If there really isn't already a name for the specialty, what should we call it?

Does the lysosome use high pressure to suck in wastes? Then low pressure to remove the reminants?

Or does it engulf the wastes at low pressure and then uses high pressure to remove the reminents?

I know the overal info about phagocytosis but can't find info about when the lysosome uses high or low pressure for input and output of wastes.
I've looked up this online for hours and have not been able to find information about this. So, so help would BE VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!

Thanks for the help.
