I have seen that america and other countries have completely outlawed the practice and research of stem-cells, but a gigantic downside to this ban is that many human lives could be saved and answers to global questions could be found if it were even partially outlawed. I see how people think it's immoral and don't want humans cloned but then why don't they just outlaw the full human cloning part and still have the stem-cells and save many human lives. I have seen how many people have suffered due to needing a kindey, lung, even heart but this solution would completely make those problems a thing of the past. So my question to you is, why? Why simply ban every single thing that has to do with this new and highly advanced life saving research? Why deny the struggle of those seeking organs for life? Why?

Like the patterns perceived when eyes are shut or in total darkness. Personally, I like 'em!

physically, mentally, emotionally, and what have you? And I am NOT necessarily talking about cloning, BTW. ... I am also NOT concerned about moral and social implications of such a thing - I am just wondering if it is biologically possible at all?

I mostly feel sleepy after I wake up in the morning... I feel wide awake, got enough sleep, eat breakfast, then suddenly I can barely keep my eyes open! and I may have just eaten cereal...!

We were in the Okaloosa Island, (Fort Walton/Destin area), walking along the beach, it had washed up and was flipped over on it's back. It was about the size of a salad plate, brown in color and the helmet had a lip around it. We were careful, and flipped it back over and it attempted to swim away, but a wave flipped over again...I'm not sure, but it seemed a little sick? The beaches were beautiful and the water clear as a bell...I spent more time in the water this time than I ever have before.

There are walrus cows, elephant cows, etc. Why are the animals typically used in North America for milk called cows? Is a female of that species called a "cow cow"?
