physically, mentally, emotionally, and what have you? And I am NOT necessarily talking about cloning, BTW. ... I am also NOT concerned about moral and social implications of such a thing - I am just wondering if it is biologically possible at all?

i'm afraid it will be. i'm not worried about the moral implications either. what worries me is the financial and social chaos that would ensue if it ever became public knowledge.

First, why would you want to?
Second, mental and emotional development are not solely the result of genetics; the child would have to live and experience the world to completely mature.
Third, if we're talking about creating full-grown humans but not cloning, what would childbirth be like? Yikes!

As for your question of whether it's biologically possible, I'd have to say no. The child has to grow from a single cell (or two haploids, if you prefer) at some point, whether naturally born, cloned, or engineered. How would we produce a full-grown human from nothing?

I don't think that it is possible, biologically. However, may be possible, in future, if we have some brain dead person, and with the use of such technology, I am certain that a new life can be injected in to the body.

When? No idea!

I don't think what you suggested would happen.

A foetus grows in the mother's womb because it's taking in nutrients.

Unless you've a big container to contain the human from its foetus form to adult form & keep feeding it with nutrients... but I don't know how you can "feed" it mentally & emotionally...

And it's kinda scary to have it happen

No. Every living thing has to go through a life cycle that starts with one form and takes it to another.
