The number one misuse of anti-inflammatory drugs is overuse. You can exceed the recommended dose, but you shouldn't. The more you use, the more tolerant your body becomes to it. In other words, you need more to produce the same effect. This tolerance makes it a very possible reality for you to accidently overdose.

The number one danger is building a tolerance due to overuse.
