If Evolution is so true how can you have nothing and get something? Also, if animals evolved then how did such animals like aracnids ( Like the funnel spider, or black widow), venomous frogs and snakes become equipped with neuro-toxinous venom? It doesnt seem probable that natural selection nor evolution could provide such complex creations with such a defense mechanism? So if the animal evolved, how did its toxin?

My husband says that if my clothes are not soaking wet after I go for a run, it means that I have not hydrated well enough. It seems to me that the point of sweating is for the sweat to evaporate to cool my body, therefore if the sweat is actually evaporating the way it should, maybe my clothing wouldn't be soaked, as he thinks it should be. I am just curious about this. I feel like I drink enough water before I run...I never get light headed or anything. Does anyone know scientifically how this works?
