The stars are just inanimate objects: big balls of luminous plasma.

I strongly believe that aliens exist. Thing just how large our galaxy really is! Millions of solar systems! Then think how large our universe really is! Millions of galaxies! There is no way we are the only planet with intelligent life!

I know how to tell West (When the sun sets) and East (When the sun rises) without the use of a compass, but I was just wondering how to tell which way is North and South (Again without the use of a compass)?

Also, if North and South change depending on where you are on the Earth?

With gooles of microwave tramission occuring on or by Earth validity of radio telescopes can be suspect, so lets build large one on the moon.

Given that the moon has less gravity than the Earth, if during a lunar landing one of the astronauts was locked out during take off, would he/she be able to hold on to the side of the ship untill it reached orbit. ?

Why Big Bang has not repeated ?
If causeless big bang was true then. I was wondering when our age of our universe is more than 13 billion years & our observable universe is it self very huge, going by concept of quantum fluctuation & ?infinite attempts of failed big bang as it needs fine tuning to form atoms & galaxies and so on. If an single particle is more then we will end up with, I think collapse. if one single particle more then it will not able to form our matter.

Now with this back ground, with in observable universe & in our 4 dimension, it should be possible to have multiple big bang at least with single or multiple particle less so that it may lead to non-formation of atoms & galaxies but only give raise to radiation.

If one says such an events have occurred then what about back ground radiation which is very smooth, I think with multiple big bangs we should get interference pattern of background radiation.

Problem to multiple big bang is it because of supersymetry? I don't know

This is the thought I got, I am interested get expert opinion in this connection.

Thank you

Our atmosphere and O-Zone Layer which normally protects us from asteroids and meteorites is dying..
Our atmosphere was not strong enough to stop the asteroid which abolished the dinosaur's and now its much weaker..
Could our extinction come from a huge asteroid?

Imagine no universe in your mind. Imagine Nothing. You just see black space right. That is something isn't it? So I'm proposing that nothing is something! And there's another word for absolutely nothing how about using "Na-nothing?" How could there be Na-nothing? It it impossible to have Na-nothing? Because nothing is something. This may be too hard for a human mind to grasp.

How can you calculate the mass of a galaxy given only a radius of the entire galaxy and the orbital period of an outer star in the galaxy?

we all know that space doesnt just come to a brick wall, so isnt it fascinating to believe that there is more life out there besides us, there must be millions and billions of planets deep in space with people existing like us and also wondering is there anyone else out there. its nieve to think there isnt.

because deaths such as diana, john lennon and other exceptionally nice and talented people proof enough that there will never be the capabilities to discover time travel, surely if time travel was possible then these kind of people would have been saved.
