I think the title was "cosmic odyssey" but it doesn't show up in google. It was about visiting alien planets to show what aliens might look like. one was of europa in the future with 6-legged animals that used their tongue like a harpoon to catch fish-like creatures. another was mars in the past with some kind of half-plant half-animal bug like creature. yet another was the atmosphere of a gas giant where balloon like creatures existed.

it was on TLC originally in about 1998. I saw it again in 2001 on the science channel.

I live in the Southern hemisphere and during winter our sun lays low in the northern sky allowing sun light deep into the rooms. This makes the southern side of our house shaded.

Is this reversed in the Northern Hemisphere? Does the sun lay low in the southern sky during winter making the northern side of your house shaded?

I was talking about it with my family, but I can't seem to find a video that doesn't involve UFO consperisies. I'm looking for one that only has to do with the tether, and electricity and what not.

But let's not jump quite that far. We'll miss one of the most exciting parts of all. What I'm talking about is where have we been from the moment God first created us in the beginning to that time just before we are conceived and born. Were we simply "nothing" and then all of a sudden we find ourselves inside our mother's womb? Or were we in a state of suspended animation, a limbo, until it was our turn to visit Earth? Or were we very much alive, conscious, in a lighter body, perhaps in another dimension or maybe on a planet in another star system?

When I became a Christian some one told me God could have used the Big Bang to create the Earth. I think it makes sense. God could have used the Big Bang as a way to make the Earth and the other planets and galaxies. It's possible, right?

if you have 45 minutes, just keep an open mind and watch this. I wont say that i completely believe the conspiracy theory, but it does raise some interesting questions that i haven't found solid answers for. What do you think?

Disclaimer: Assume the universe as part of a larger scheme, not the literal definition.

From what I understand, it is impossible to determine the speed your absolute speed, as all motion is relative. So does this mean that, theoretically, the universe could be moving at incredible, near-light speeds?

After all, the Earth moves at some 65,000 mph, the solar system moves at 559, 234 mph, and the Milky Way is moving at 1.34 million mph.

Does anyone have any sites that can lead me to information about the planets and the relationships of the planets to monuments, structures, items, etc. Mainly structures please, but if you can find information on the relationships of planets to items, that will do. Thanks in advance. For example, Stonehenge is a monument/statue made for the people that lived during that age to worship the sun and the stars above. I've searched for some time and I am having trouble finding it for my science project.
