My vet prescribed L-Lysine for my cat's sneezing (herpes). She told me to purchase a bottle from a drugstore and give 250 mg twice daily.

I just read online that Propylene Glycol is dangerous for cats to consume.

The L-Lysine tablets that I have have "Polyethylene Glycol" listed in the ingredients.

Is this the same thing as Propylene Glycol? Could it be harmful for my cat? Or is it something different?

I plan to stop giving it to my cat for now until I can consult my vet, but I'd love to hear any answers! Thank you very much!

I am a amateur when it comes to astronomy... I don't even have a telescope but I often like star gazing. Many times (but not always) I start staring at a star and it starts moving erratically... never fast but not slow either... it also stays in one vicinity (it isn't zipping all over the sky).

Like I said, its movement is erratic (so I don't think it is a satellite). I can see fixed or nearer objects in the sky (brighter stars) that always seem to be on the same spot in the sky... i.e., the moving "star" is closer to the fixed object and then moves away from it.

Does anyone know what I am talking about??? I don't think these are UFO's... I am thinking this is a trick of the eye but I purposely don't allow myself to get tunnel vision when I am seeing this.

I hope I explained this clearly.

In the thermit reaction, aluminium displaces iron from iron(III) oxide.

Write a balanced equation

A mass of 8.38g of iron was produced. Calculate the amount of iron (III) oxide that reacted. (Ar Fe - 55.9)

And calculate to two decimal places the mass of aluminium that was used up in displacing iron from its oxide.

Use values (Al = 27.0g) (O=16)

"A 0.200 kg block is placed on a light vertical spring (k = 4.40 103 N/m) and pushed downward, compressing the spring 0.100 m. After the block is released, it leaves the spring and continues to travel upward. What height above the point of release will the block reach if air resistance is negligible?"

How do you do this, and what is your answer? Please break it down into steps. Thanks!
