A force of 17N is applied to a 6KG block which is at rest. Find:
A] Acceleration
B] Velocity
C] Distance After 9 seconds.

I solved A with the formula Force divided by Mass. [a=F/m]
17/6=2.83 m/s2

Solved B with the formula: Initial Velocity plus Acceleration times Time [Vf=Vi+a(t)]
0 + 2.83(9) = 25.47m/s

Now, for the distance (c) i have two formulas. the first one is:
Distance = Velocity * Time
and
Distance = Initial Velocity (time) + 1/2 a (time)2


Which formula is the right one to use?

that was al over the eaarth before any othe rliving thing was ever here, and that is why people can belive they come form monkeys, just becuase they dont know where they come from,
but you see the moon brings all the new living things here,., and when we have as much open space on all four dimensions, like it was when the universe was made, it will come back whethere people are here or not

The fuse blew in my amplifier. I replaced it but the new fuse blew as soon as I turned the power on. Does anyone know what else I should check or what might be the cause of the problem?

The amp is a Marrantz pm32 integrated stereo amplifier. I used the correct rating on the fuse I replaced (250V 1.0A). I can't find a service manual for this amp online.

Myself I've never seen this spider with my eyes but my mother says that she always sees brown one dollar coin sized spiders with a pointed body in the early mornings. She says one just wont die because she's been hitting it for 3 days now (she identifyed it because it's missing 5 legs)! By absolute nothing I mean absolutely nothing so that it cannot even be talked about except by reference to something that is not absolutely nothing.

Please tell me if I am wrong, but I just cannot see anything except absurdity if science does maintain that the universe came from absolutely nothing.

This is my own position: before the universe appeared there was something that was not any part of the universe, and it was this thing which became the universe.

I am not saying that this thing antecedent to the universe is God; but it is something, not nothing.

But does science really maintain that the universe came out of nothing, understanding nothing as absolutely nothing?

I like to read any statement from any scientists who say that the universe just came about from absolutely nothing, and ask them whether they are not aware that they are saying an absolute absurdity.

Does it mean a female XX does not have any charectristics passed down from ancestors ?

If a couple have only female children how is their genetic identity preserved ?

Does the Y choromosome contain only paternal charecterisitcs or does it contain maternal ancestral charectristics also ?

Can two XX chromosomes be fused together without sex with a man ? i.e can woman have children from the XX chromosomes taken from another female ?
