a balanced diet must include all the nutrients, proteins, carbo,vitamins, proteins and fats,but must also include fibre.but why doesnt fibre appear as a chemical constitutent of the human body?

Fibre is in fruit, cereals, bread, vegetables....just about all the things you need to eat to get those nutrients. It's in plants. So if you're eating your four food groups, you're getting plenty of fibre.

People are not plants, we're more like animals, so we're not made of fibre. Technically we don't need fibre to survive, but it sure helps us digest a lot better.

because it is not vital to the mechanisms of the body. That is just what I think. Water isnt either, and, you are right, It think they should be included. maybe because ti is taking up too much room to include it in the info.

Because if you don't eat enough fibre you can not poop.
