I'm also posting this in A & S and mathematics.

There are four combinations. I know what finite and bounded means. I know what infinite and unbounded means. But could you give me some examples of the other two? Some explanation would be helpful as well. Thanks.

A uniform disk of mass .11 kg and radius 21 cm is constrained to rotate on an axis about its center. Friction exerts a net torque of .0252 meter Newtons on the system when it is in motion. On the disk are mounted masses of 25 grams at a distance of 17.64 cm from the center, 10 grams data distance of 8.82 cm from the center and 50 grams at a distance of 5.04 cm from the center. A uniform force of .6 Newtons is applied at the rim of the disk in a direction tangent to the disk. The force is applied for 4 seconds with the disk initially at rest.

What is the KE?
At the system's final angular velocity what is the speed and KE of each of the masses mounted on the disk?

I need someone to walk me through this...not really looking for just an answer.

Let's say you have an outdoor air temperature sensor in your car (so you know what the outside temperature is)....and say the sensor is located in under the car, in the path of air flow as the car moves down the road....and the day is 90 degrees F

What the air flow have an effect on the temperature reading? If not, why? ...If so, why?

My question is simple: is larva (bee larva?) involved in the pollination or growth process of canteloupes? I just cut one open, and part of the rind looked like those little tuberish growths that contain necessary larva in fig fruit, and I then read that bees pollinate canteloupes. Please don't respond unless you're sure of your accuracy. Thanks!

List the evolutionary steps that lead to their respective deaths, for each? Fill in the steps with only the following words/processes: Nova, Helium being fused, Helium core, Bkack hole, Carbon being fused, Carbon core, White dwarf, red giant, iron core, planetary nebula, red dwarf, pulsar, neutron star, and supernova. You would use all of the words at least once and you will use some of the words more than once, but not for the same star.

I know this is retarted, I tried to do it myself and couldn't! I really did try, so I would greatly apprechiate it if someone could help, it is very important to me. Thanks

whiile driving two days ago, across an overpass onto i35 in tx. i had these eerie thoughts of the bridge collapsing. i usually don't think of these things often,probably as much as anyone else, i guess. but this "daydream" was especially "vivid". now we have a bridge collapse in the news today. i am almost certain that other people did too have this experience. is there a place where someone charts and studies stuff like this. is there any hard facts or stats that back it up.

CH3OH(l) + 3/2O2(g)----> CO2(g)+2H20(l)
Delta Hrxn= -726.4kJ/mol

C(graphite)+O2(g) ----> CO2(g)
Delta Hrxn= -393.5kJ/mol

H2(g) + 1/2O2(g)----->H2O(l)
Delta Hrxn= -285.8kJ/mol

calculate the enthalpy of formation of methanol (CH3OH) from its elements:
C(graphite)+2H2(g)+1/2O2(g)
----->CH3OH(l)

If anyone knows how to do this please explain to me step by step how to solve it. Thanks so much, i really need the help.
