I think this thing is called a potentiometer but I'm still not sure. I need a button that works of the amount of pressure applied, ex. the harder i push the more energy is applied to the object. If anyone could tell me what they are and where I could get one that would be G-R-E-A-T!

Does its chemical formula means that it is a solid solution like Olivine? Apophyllite has (F,OH) as part of its formula which I aasume F can predominate over OH and vice versa. But I am unclear if that means a solid solution becauase its full formula isKCA4SI8O20(F,OH).8H2O
Any help would be appreciated.

The answer to this question is very important. So much so that I went to the internet to do the research. There were so many conflicting stories that it made my head spin. The last information I read was studies that Einstein did on the same thing. From what I read...his findings were inconclusive. As long as I am unsure, I'll not be using it in my cooking and that's a shame because it gives a wonderful flavor to many things.

Is there any experimental data that would indicate the speed of gravity? If so, what is the speed of gravity? If the sun was "turned off" would we lose our orbit and shoot off in a straight line? Could gravity waves keep us in orbit?

1. A ball is shot from the ground into the air. At a height of 9.1 m, the velocity is observed to be v = (6.5 i + 5.8 j) m/s, with i horizontal and j upward.
(a) To what maximum height does the ball rise?
m
(b) What total horizontal distance does the ball travel?
m
(c) What is the magnitude of the ball's velocity just before it hits the gound?
m/s
(d)What is the direction of the ball's velocity just before it hits the ground?
° relative to the horizontal

2.A particle leaves the origin with an initial velocity v = (1.00 i) m/s and a constant acceleration a = (-1.00 i - 0.200 j) m/s2
(a) What is the velocity of the particle when it reaches its maximum x coordinate?
m/s i + m/s j
(b) What is the position vector of the particle at this time?
m i + m j

It seems to me that there is a huge misconception about what really falls into the term "psychic".

People seem to *know* that nobody can "have those powers" --- yet "those powers" are not really defined.

Seems to me that a large group misinterpret "psychic" strictly with being "telekenetic" only.

It would also seem reasonable that you've logically determinded that ANY psychic ability is impossible -- rather than highly improbable -- you first went and made a list and did the research, personally conducted experiments and came to the logical conclusion that these things do not exsist.

No, wait...turning your nose up and saying it doesn't exsist doesn't qualify; neither does 'RUN IT'S THE DEVIL'.

Prove it with facts, not fiction or personal opinion.

It has been over 2 months since I broke the bone, and calcification is not occuring along the injured portion. I have increased my calcium intake by drinking more orangre juice, and taking multi-vitamins. Can someone tell me a good place to find more info? My doc is talking surgery, and that scares me. I am a healthy 30 year old woman, so why am I not healing?
