Testis is developmentally intra abdominal and descends into scrotum just about the time of birth. So the artery supplying blood comes from Aorta. The vein draining it goes into Inferior vena cava. The lymph nodes draining it are also high above around Aorta . To remove one testis of the two the surgeon has to cut you from navel to scrotum, go behind intestine,bladder,and other abdominal tissue. I don`t know if your testis can fetch you anything , but the surgeon will charge not less than $100000 for surgery.

Genitals refers to the entire external reproductive organ. I do not think one (1) testicle will fetch that much.
