If a woman is pregnant, and the father of the baby is slow like was in special ed etc.. and then come to find out the fathers aunt and uncle are also slow and the aunt and grandma weigh 600 pounds each, but the mother of the baby is not slow or thta heavy, are the chances the baby goin to turn out being in special ed or really fat a lot? is it all genetic or is it lifestyle and nurturing also?

Say I am throwing a party with 63 ounces of punch. The expected size of each cup of punch is ounces and the standard deviation is 0.5 ounce. each cup poured independently. want to know probability that the bowl is not empty after 36 cups poured.
a. Use Chebyshev's inequality to calc upper limit of prob.
b. what distr does the central limit thorem suggset would approximate the prob distr of number of ounces needed for 36 cups. use it to calc the prob the bowl wont be empty.
