I assume you mean the ratio
Feet/Meter

1 feet = 0.304 8 meter
If we take 1 feet and 0.304 8 meter,then

Feet/Meter=0.3048
3.2808 feet=1 meter.

1 meter = 3.2808399 feet

the way I found this answer is to go to www.Google.com
and click on the seach window and type in
"feet per meter"
it's quite a cool thing that Google does.
The answer shows up directly under the search window and an icon of a calculator appears next to the answer.

try it out, try typing in:
cups per gallon
miles per kilometer
kilometer per miles
ouncs per pound
etc....
