I've got the flu (yes it is the flu and not a cold) and have just thrown up the little food I have been able to eat. Why do our bodies do this when we are ill?

i thoroughly enjoy the paranormal but embrace it with plenty of skepticism. i recently read comments on here about ascended masters having no idea what everyone was talking about. i researched the topic and found an unbelievably fascinating web site made by a guy claiming to be an ascended master. while his commentary on astral projection still keeps me skeptical, the complex thought processes and ambience with words astounded me. he seemed to have such a capable ability to draw the most sought after conceptions into a reasonable frame of mind. does anyone believe in the connection with people who claim to be ascended masters and kohlberg's seventh, undocumented, stage of moral development? i'd like to know what people think.

I'm trying to integrate cos^(3)xsinx dx
I arrived at an answer of (1/2)sin^(2)x - (1/4)sin^(4)x + C
The answer in the back of the book is (-1/4)cos^(4)x + C
How do I get from A to B? I'm assuming there's a simple trig identity involved, but I can't figure that out. Thanks for the help!

We spend about 50 % of our life sleeping . No cell can rest in our body. It is certainly not rest as no vital organs can take rest. I read recently that human beings can be without food for days but not without sleep even for a few days. Please dont tell about REM etc. Is there a so-called 'scientific' explanation which tells why we need sleep and what happens during sleep?
