what is new declaration of stephen hawkins and when he go to space?

The latest thing I've heard about Stephen Hawking is his worries about the future of the human race. He is worried about the resurgence of nuclear arms (with Iran pursuing them, and North Korea, India, and Pakistan testing and building them). He was also alarmed by the threat of global warming.

He has never been to space, and unfortunately I seriously doubt he will ever be able to go considering his physical limitations.
