I think by that time we wont be using oil for cars, there will be a new resource that replace oil.

Houses maybe wont be made of wood? maybe a new resource will replace that.

In 1000 years, if America is remembered at all, it will be for being first to the moon, and then turning inward and letting others reap all of the benefits.
