Depends on what part of Nebraska your in. Nebraska has parts in both the Central and the Mountain Time zones. California is in the Pacific. If your in eastern Nebraska, its 2 hours earlier. In west Nebraska its 1 hour earlier than in CA

i think that nebraska is on Moutain time so there's an hour difference so if it's 1PM your time it's 12PM there time.
