I want to know why animals and people are so different in intelegence. There are many animals with bigger brains, and humans (Cro-magnons, homosapians) haven't been here that long (1 million years.) compaired to many other animals like sharks or bugs who have been here for about 100 million years. Will we grow too strong and destroy the world somehow and seal the fate of our existance?

School just started and funds are low. I have homework this weekend in my Math class and I am trying to find out where I can copy the even questions to pg 490 or Chapter 12 in the Basic Math, Algebra, and Geometry with Applications book by Cheryl Cleaves and Margie Hobbs 2nd edition.

I am buying the book I just want to start off on the right foot by doing my homework. My class starts at 7:30a Monday so I won't get to the bookstore before then. Please, if anyone can, help me.

Thank you

Let's say in billions and billions of years from now the universe extends so far that it starts to collapse in on itself. Then billions and billions of years later it would collapse into a single point, a black hole smaller than an atom. From that point it would burst open again, hence the big bang.

I know it's a rough idea but could this process be the endless and beginningless circle of the birth, death, and rebirth of the universe?
