Power = work done/time taken
= Force x distance/ time taken
= Force x velocity
150 x 16/60 watts

150 N x 16m = 2400 N-m of work in 1 min. 'Don't know the conversions but you're dealing with 2400N-m/min.,40N-m/sec,144,000N-m/hour..... I think you ignore Rosie's 59kg. mass because moving her is not "output".
