I live in Northeast Oklahoma and there is this type of insect that keeps finding it's way into my house that I can't name what it is. It's got the legs of a daddy long legs spider, and body of a cricket/grasshopper mix, it doesn't make any noise, it jumps, it's light brown in color, and it's the size of a half dollar. Is this just a weird mutant cricket?

Would the fact that people are much taller than in the past be considered "Evolution"?

People are up to a foot taller on average than in the middle ages. This can easily be verified by doing some research yourself. Wouldn't this be considered as an evolutionary trait in humans?
