Words can cut deeper than swords. Find something to say about the rudeness, something that is kind yet will make the person think. Then can lead to peacefulness.

Try not to step on anyone's toes, but don't always be a doormat for other people.
Peacefulness is about balance, and balance won't come from allowing opportunistic people to treat you like a victim. You can politely and patiently address the rudeness of someone else and not be overcome by rudeness or vulgarity yourself. That said, vulgarity and even rudeness is preferrable to violence, and violence can sometimes be a necessary evil in a situation when no other option presents itself.

It leads to a great loss because it shows to others and yourself that you will tolerate that which you do not find pleasing, but are willing to accept. That is no way to go through life, having others walk all over you. Standing up for oneself leads to self independence which in the long run with lead you more closer to a state of peace fullness.

Is this challenge at a job, at any open place or love one and associate? Really, patients is if you have to assist a person in anyway, maybe uncomfortable to your liking. Peacefulness is free from the barriers of oppression from that task. Just enjoy life and forget the little thinks in life, like rude people.

I am not sure about the question, but NO, you should NOt always be patient with rude people. They will simply continue their ways. Sometimes, the rude person needs a STRONG tongue lashing IN PUBLIC in order for the rude behaviour to stop.

I am not a patient person myself, but I find that maintaining a sense of maturity and calm when dealing with rude or obstinate people always boosts my mood. I feel like I've overcome an annoying obstacle.
