1) Simplify 2e^3ln(x+1)

2)Determine whether or not the following function is one-to-one. If it is one-to-one, write an equation for the inverse in the form y = f^-1 (x).
f(x) = (x+5)/(2x-3)

3) If the point (5,13) lies on the graph of the equation y =2k(x-3)^2 +5, then k equals...?

I've heard its not gasoline or kerosene, instead a special chemical that when in flames, it doesn't produce heat. I doubt it was super human skills to eat fires, if its in circus...its a trick.

When light bulbs were invented during the turn of the century, it was so durable it could last a lifetime. But manufacturer later figured out it will not be a sound business idea to make bulbs to last a lifetime, since they will incur no re-orders.

So, they had to put a shelf life to bulb to ensure cycles of repeat orders. A sound business idea.
