A toxin is "a poisonous substance produced during the metabolism and growth of certain microorganisms and some higher plant and animal species"
But there are other poisons than toxins, arsenic for example!

a toxin is anything that can be dangerous to the body, a poison is a form of taxin that is usually ingested or inhaled. toxins can be absorbed through the skin, eaten, sniffed, enter through the tear ducts, or even throught the ears

toxins such as asprin ,acetomedaphin ,digatalis can be helpfull .those such as alcohal ,and thc can be enjoy able
but the end result to much of a good thing is dangerous
poisons are just dangerous
