I have an idea for an invention, but have no idea how to go about building this device, with all its intracacies, into a working prototype. Beyond that, I also need help designing it for market. What agencies out there can help me and how much do they cost? Being in the Oklahoma area is preferable.

I was sitting by my lake today and suddenly what i can only describe as a siamese dog came into my veiw. The poor things were joined at the bottoms and continually yelped. I tried to capture them but they ran off. 1 ran foward as the other ran backwards. Is this a rarety and should i keep on the lookout for it in case its worth a few bob....

10 months ago someone asked about a deer with gills. I saw the show he referred to with the deer-like animal and it certainly was not any of the animals described in the previous question's responses! It also was not a photograph, but on film. It did not look like a forgery nor did it seem to be a show had the budget to produce this type of hoax. Though I admit, I cannot be certain. Also it is proven that all vertebrates go through a stage of development in the womb where they do develop gills or at least slits that replace true functional gills. Why is it such a stretch for a mammal to retain them?
