Oxygen dissolves in water, but it shouldn't actually react with it. You would need another substance in the water for the oxygen to react with. However, water is a product of a combustion reaction between a hydrocarbon and oxygen, which may be what you're thinking of. Perhaps some additional information about your specific question would also be helpful.

Wait, do you mean the reaction of oxygen with hydrogen to form water?

2 H2 + O2 --> H2O

Oxygen can't react with water. It is part of water.

Oxygen just dissolves (not very well) in water. This is a physical process, and not a chemical reaction.

Can it react? I don't think so, but I would be interested in seeing another answer.
