What are those blurry things that appear to be floating downwards you see when staring into the sky sometimes?

Does anyone know? They are transparent and round with dots in the middle.. I was told they are blood vessels that were for development while in the womb, but I don’t know if that’s true.

Ksp for calcium phosphat is 1 x 10-33. The Ksp for CaF2 is 4 x 10-11. Ka for HF is 7.1 x 10-4. Ka for HPO42- is 1.7 x 10-12. In the elimination test, CaF2 precipitates from acetic acid,not Ca3(PO4)2. Offer an explanation for this behavior.

I worked in a restaurant a long time ago and the chef said that if the food is hot it takes actually more than 5 sec. to get infected because the high temperature kill any bacteria is that true ?
