The country has under gone significant droughts over the last few years, dry summers and dry winters. Now we're getting a bit of rain everyone's up in arms. Be grateful it could reduce the cost of your water bill.

Its called Global warming. We are now getting more tornadoes than we ever used to and more storms and heavy rain spring and autumn whilst summers are dryer. Temperatures are up too - we no longer get as much snow as we used to (I'm old enough to remember the winter of 1962-1963)
