The equation p= 14.7e^(-0.21x) gives the average atmospheric pressure, in pounds per square inch, at an altitude x in miles above sea level. What is the atmospheric pressure at an altitude of 2 miles? Round your answer to the nearest tenth.

Note: The e is raised to the (-0.21x)

Okay so what I did was I put the 2 in place of the x and since I didn't know what else to do , I put it all into mu scientific calculator and got this answer,
120.73 pounds per sq. in.

I need to find out what the process is to solving it because the instructor didn't give us any examples and I need to know for my final exam.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
