what resources (books internet degrees) that would inform me on making a man made lake or use an existing lake to build islands in the middle or at least a parcel of land in the middle of the lake that has a strip of land going back to dry land. I am interesting in making my dream house and trying to figure out how to do it.

I've been looking around for a telescope but not sure what exactly I should be looking for. I don't want to spend a lot ($200-$300 max) but I'd like something worth while.

Any suggestions on a good telescope for a beginner? What are some key elements of the telescope I should look for?

can anyone help me with this,E=MC2,okay so that means energy=mass to the speed of light by the power of two (or times by itself), its the last bit that confuses me,how can you times the speed of light by itself (speed of light x speed of light),as nothing can go faster than the speed of light then surly the last part of the equasion would work out faster than the speed of light, do you understand what I mean,also one last thought WHY cant anything go faster than the speed of light anyway, please try to answer this in plain english as I won't understand you if you start getting deep,see ya !

okay i cant seem to understand how to solve this

y=x^2-4x+3 when y=2x-2

i believe its somethin like this x^2-6x+5, am i right?? but then how i solve it, quadratic formula? can some1 show me,

theres trabillions of galixies full of solar systems, we cannot be the only living oragnism.. i belive that in other galactic reagons, have the same human form but diffrent time zones, or when u die, u travel across the galaxy............or just aliens. do u object to my theory?

Do you round the mass number of elements when trying to determine the number of protons and neutrons it has?

For example, Oxygen has a mass number of 15.994 ...Is it's total number of protons and neutrons 15 or 16? Thanks :D
