"Granular" mean the substance is made up of granules, ie, tiny chunks. The granules may, or may not, contain crystals. "Crystalline" substances are made up of crystals, which means the atoms or molecules are arranged in an ordered structure (in a "crystal lattice") at the microscopic level.

There's not that much difference between granular and crystalline (note spellings). Granular means comprised of grain like pieces and crystalline means made of crystals. Crystalline also means clear and transparent.
