It depends. Wind is the movement of air. If the wind contains warm moist air, then yes the temperature and humidity will be affected. It temp and humidity of the air in the wind is the same as the air it replaces then no there will be no effect.

Wind can carry warmer or cooler air as well as damper or drier air. So wind does affect [note: not 'effect'] temperature and humidity.

Coastal places are definitely affected.Winds from the sea towards land (example-sea breeze) brings lot of moisture and cools down the land.
