I'm in the 8th grade and for my science fair project I'm doing the effect of electric shocks on plants. I've done all my research and have a hypothesis. The only problem is I have no idea how I can shock a plant. Can I get some ideas?

I have heard a lot about Kal-Bhairav moorti in Ujjain, that, when people put a bowl filled with alcohol near the moorti's mouth (without being tilted), it drinks the entire alcohol. One of my close friends had witnessed it by himself and told me that NO-ONE till now could solve the mystery.
But I am a skeptic on this issue and strongly believe that there must be some scientific reason behind it. If anyone has witnessed this mystery and solved the mystery, then i really appreciate if you post it and help me in my search for solving mysteries in life.
Thanks in advance.

Firstly, why would you never obtain an exact pH 7 value following dilution of acid or base to a concentration of 10-7 mol dm-3? Is it something to do with acid dissociation? why?

Secondly, I have measured the pH of both tap water and distilled water with a pH meter and need to explain why they are not the same. Although I am aware that tap water contains substances such as chloride and fluoride and that distilled water is pure, please could someone explain further.

Thankyou!!
