By virtue of 'anatomical design', women squat or sit to perform such action but there are circumstances that anything beyond the normal process are possibly done. Yes some women pee standing up but not as a usual habit but mostly out of flexibility to cope with special circumstances. For example, anyone who just had surgery (say for example in the abdomen) would rather try to pee standing up than to have a breath-taking pain if she sits or squats. Another example is when her bladder is almost to burst then she finds the toilet bowl sooooo messy that she won't dare to sit or step on , what other option is left apart from standing up to pee? Standing up might put her in trouble but as the situation calls for everything will be done properly. It has already been mentioned that while taking showers, peeing is a usual inevitable thing to happen, what is the position of women while taking showers - aren't they standing?♥

It's not a strange question at all! :) Yes it is possible and many women can do it Especially in the Artic where it is a good thing to know! Basically I stand with my legs apart and very straight and kinda arch back a bit with my hips forward and with 2 fingers open my lips and have my wrist on my hair for the right position. Then I just go pee. You may have to practise for a while in the shower but it's not difficult at all when you get it. :)

each creation of GOD has its unique way of eating,walking, talking,crying and what have you. Like peeing men commonly do it by standing except when they are seated on a bowl or squatting.. I have seen women standing while peeing. this is especially for old women, who usually does not have underwear and with a long skirt. I have observed during my travels to far away places and the highways does not have rest areas or comfort rooms along the way. They just raised their skirt and there it goes.

Yes, I once saw a documentary on TV about spring break antics that had a woman in a bikini doing it off the side of a boat.
Not sure how controllable it would be in the toilet though, as she was spraying rather high.

Er... no. Some pee squatting if the toilet seat is dirty but standing would be a tad messy.

I do it in public toilets because I don't want to sit on them. I do clean any sprinkle just for the record.

I squat when at malls and hospitals really any public place. I am not getting other peoples pee and other things on me gross!!!!
