I've heard of the underwater sonic fences that the military is looking into - when a intruding diver is spotted, a sonic wave is sent out that "peaks" after a certain distance (when it reaches a certain frequency), and anybody that is in the peaking zone will become sick (vomiting) or even die, depending on the power used. My question is, could this technology be tweaked to actually create a fence of superenergized air molecules by adjusting the frequency to something that energizes air molecules within the peaking zone? I realize that "air" is imprecise, but you get the gist of it. Am I not being clear? Please ask me to clarify if you need to. Could this work, and why/why not?

Hello,
I am given the formula c^2=a^2+b^2-2ab. The text shows this is how you set it up... cosC=965^2+876^2-1240^2/
2(965)(876).
The answer according to the solution
manual is .09522855.
When I do the math I get -64989569339

What am I doing wrong? How do I get the
answer the book has from the numbers
and formula given?

This teacher is horrible and I've already missed 2 assignments she's given out because she's so wishywashy when she tells us what the homework is. im an A student. 2 people have told me we have only 1 worksheet, but i could swear she assigned 2. When I eat pasta, the pasta sometimes seems to get stuck on the way down. It causes me to be very uncomfortable (somewhere between discomfort and pain).
It either works its way down by itself or I have to spit up kind of like a baby.

Any ideas what it could be? It doesn't happen everytime I eat pasta. About 1 in every 6 or 8 times. It has only happened one time with a meal other than pasta and that was quite some time ago.

Ok so when I have the problem
10+5z-10=4z+1
+-4z +-4z
10+1z-10=1
ok so now according to the additive inverse I should add a positive 10 to both sides since the 10 is negative which would give me
20+1z=1
which is the wrong answer. So can someone explain to me what I am exactly supposed to do when I get to that point?

I am trying to figure out ways to escape this, They all will turn against me with Operation TIPS...How do i build an underground home and where is the best place to build it? How many feet maximum can i got underground until there no oxygen??

Do you recommend another way out of this?
