I would like to charge a pair of 3.7V, 1500mAh Li-ion cells but I do not have a charger for them. I would like to use a normal power supply to chrage them I just dont know what voltage and current i should put across and through the cells and for how long I charge them. Also I am not even sure if they are charged (I assume not because they are brand new) is there an easy way to check this? Failing an answer does anyone know what charger I could buy to do the job? Thanks

I have done a lot of work on my own of various works. I don't know many professors in particular or who is leading work on various science-driver projects. I have a particular interest in city building, as well as building of national transportation and infrastructure grids, discovery of higher density forms of power generation technologies, and also development of cures for advanced diseases such as AIDS and cancer. I don't really know where to get started, I just know I have a passion for truth and a commitment to help humanity through development of people to make scientific discoveries. If I know where to go, who to talk to and work with, logistics is not a problem for me. Thanks for any help and ideas.
