I am interested in building a fallout shelter using 40' x 8' cargo containers. How deep can I go using this before the weight of the earth is too heavy. The sheetmetal panelling is 14 gau. I believe that earth is 100 lbs. per square ft. or something close, although I haven't looked too closely.

How come Canadians are taught about other counrties as well as their own but the Americans dont know anything about Canada? They even ask..do you know "Joe" in toronto..dont they realize this country is 6000 miles wide? Why arent Amerian children taught Geography and History in school..other than their own..
