Hydrochloric acid, ammonia or sulfuric acid would be the best choices. but getting the acids will be a problem. the only way i can think, is to pose as a science teacher and buy some online. but be careful :)

If your gonna do it right rent a wood chipper and then use quick lime. After posting the question I'd consider rethinking your plan lol

if i remember correctly alkalines dissolve flesh faster than acids, then use acid on the bones.

Any of the strong acids should work fine. HCl, H2SO4.
