Trying to Conceive - March 2007

I am 4 weeks and 6 days pregnant. My beta hcg level is 4000 as of today. The doctor is saying this is a little high. The charts I have been seeing show that this is still in the normal range. I am freaking out and was wondering if anyone else had high hcg levels and a normal pregnancy and healthy child or any advice or comforting words...

BTW, I know that I am exactly 4 weeks and 6 days because I had invitro fertilization done so I know the exact date of fertilization. Because of this I know that the dates can't be off and be causing my numbers to be off.

My partner and I are trying to get pregnant. I am trying to relax and not worry about it but for the last two cycles I haven't ovulated (according to OPKs and BBT).

I have been pregnant once before when I was much younger (20) but had a miscarriage. I don't feel feminine in the same way I did then. That time, I knew almost immediately that I was pregnant. I could tell the time by my cycles then. I seem to be out of tune with my body these days.

I am the wrong side of 30 now and worry that I have waited too long and that my chance will never come to be a mum.

I haven't been trying for long I know, but I wonder if anyone else has had these doubts and what they did to get over it? I know the GP will turn me away if I go as I have only been trying for 5 months but I have an instinct that something isn't quite right.

Any feedback would be welcome.

Ok I have been wondering about this for a while, it is a little difficult so here it goes.

I have a genetic medical condition known as Endometriosis wich in a nutshell means the lining of my uteris grows out of control. Well with this condition comes a smaller window in wich I can have children. I am 21 and by the time I am 24-25 my chances will be around 50% and by the time I am 27-28 I will be around 15%. I am dating a wonderful guy right now but we have not been together that long (he is 23). I have mentioned my condition but no %'s or stats like I am giving you right now.

My question is; I would like to bear at least one child of my OWN in my life and would need to do it a little sooner than most women. I don't want to oops get pregnant, I want it to be planned. How do you break someting like that to a guy? That within the next 4 years you NEED to have a baby or else may not be able to.

What would scare a guy more, that you have to have a baby sooner or may not be able to?

i haven't had my period in over 2 months i took a pregnancy test about 3 weeks ago it was negative but for the last couple of weeks i've had very sore breast i haven't been on birthcontrol so if i were to get pregnant i wouldn't even know when i would have conceived since it's been 3 months late i don;t have a dr appointment for 2 more weeks due to insurance issues and i have some old birth control pills i never used i was considering on taking them so i can make myself regular or should i wait to see my new dr. i'm just trying to figure out if this is my period i've spotted twice the last 2 days i only get a tiny bit of blood on the toilet paper and it seems loke old blood i have no cramps like i usually do when i'm starting and my breast have been extremly sore for 2 weeks please let me know if you've experienced this and if so what was the outcome thanks

I took my first depo shot in October, and never took another one because, well let's just say I'm pretty sure the shot is meant to make you feel so crappy that sex isn't an option, thats how it really works! No, but really we are trying to get pregnant now, and I have heard it is possible to conceive when you ovulate, just prior to having your first regular period off the shot. Meaning, I didn't get my first regular period til about a week and a half ago, but it was only like 3 days long. Do, you think I could have gotten pregnant that quick?

i think implantation was yesterday, with brownish blood only when i wipe and it went away fast... i have high temps 11dpo and cycle day 27 i only have 28 cycle but all pregnancy test saying NEG. i really think im pregnant i have been charting temps 2 cycles now and it is still high. last month they went down 3 days before my period, so i think i got it right this time i never had bleeding before my cycle, so i really think yesterday was implantation bleeding ... I'm very sleepy and eating a lot of different foods that i never like before and i use to drink coffee now i can't stand it at all... please any ideas with my cycles, could this be the real thing.. Also can i takes baths? Pregnant or Not????

This will be the 6th month, me and my husband have been ttc, usually I get up right after we have sex to go the the bathroom to keep from getting a uti, but this month, I've laying down for about 20-30 minutes afterwards to try to keep the sperm from leaking out, has anyone else ever tried this and it work?

I'm sitting here staring at a First Response Pregnancy Test...I don't know whether or not I should take it...It tells me it can detect pregancy 5 days before missed period.

Last period: feb24th
Ovulation: Had stringy cervical mucus March: 9
Preggo symptoms: sever back pain saturday night, last night, my nipples felt like they were on fire. They've only felt that way last time I was pregnant....I miscarried on January 17th.

We have been trying to get conceive for last 2 years with no luck. And my husband's SA showed both low sperm count and motility. We are wondering is there any medication, foods, vitamins or minerals that help him to improve the count and motility problem. Please help... we are so depressed and stressed out. Thank you!

My cousin told me that I can't possibly be pregnant if I've had intercourse daily. well, I did, and I'm five days late, never been late before, and I always get cramps a week and a half before my period. Yet, no cramps. My question is, is it possible that i am pregnant even if I've had intercourse every day, or is my cousin right and I'm worrying over nothing?

bit of a funny one, but i cant stop going to the loo! im not drinking anymore than usual. its even waking me up in the middle of the night and im normally out like a light until the morning! ive been trying to conceive for 2 years now. also been really tired, and again i can only sleep in a bed but ive been napping on the sofa as soon as im in from work!

i've been ttc for about 5months now and no luck, doc says every thing on my husband and i are good. i've been going by the calender. so my question is this, my husband cant do a day with out sex or etc... and i was wondering how long does it take for sprem to fully grow??

I've posted before about this. I had my last period from January 25-30. On the 30th, I had sex. As well as on the February 15 and 18. On February 21, I bled slightly (almost like a middle-day of a period--not like my typical first day explosion of blood). I also bled very VERY slightly on the 22. On the 23 and 24, I was only spotting. I took a pregnancy test on February 25 and again on the 28 (both negative). Since then, I've been feeling very exhausted and breast tenderness. Do you think I could be pregnant or I'm overreacting?
