We have been trying to get conceive for last 2 years with no luck. And my husband's SA showed both low sperm count and motility. We are wondering is there any medication, foods, vitamins or minerals that help him to improve the count and motility problem. Please help... we are so depressed and stressed out. Thank you!

Hello. He might have to see a specialist. Either a fertility specialist or a urologist. There are a few things that are said to help with sperm counts. There are also a few sites that you can review. I'll attach them for you. Some doctors even prescribe clomid for men. Check out these sites for the info. Good luck to both of you & best wishes. Gigi

A urologist might be able to suggest the cause of the poor sperm analysis. Have your husband's hormones been tested? Has he been checked for varicocele?

In the meantime, what can help is lycopene, which is found in cooked tomatoes. Your husband can either eat foods with cooked tomatoes or buy a vitamin supplement that includes lycopene.

Its advantages are that it can help & can't hurt...
